Creating an emotional thermometer for yourself is a simple way to do this. Create your own thermometer by describing behaviours or feelings that you might experience on the green, yellow, and red levels.Â
These behaviours and feelings will be unique to you and will help you to recognize feelings of anxiety so that you can begin to reduce unhelpful behaviours or emotions.
