Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance – Lacrosse Activity Suspended

In light of the current COVID-19 situation and following government advice England Lacrosse has taken the decision to suspend its nationally run lacrosse activity until further notice.

The suspension includes all our competitions and domestic events, player pathway activity and youth programmes. We ask that all lacrosse leagues, clubs and teams to support this action.

We will continue to work with government agencies and monitor the situation regularly providing you with updates as and when we can.

We will be working with all our key partners and stakeholders to put in place preparations to restart activity as soon as these unprecedented  governmental measures are stopped.

At this time, we believe this action to be in the best interest of the whole lacrosse community and their families. Please stay safe and continue to follow the advice of public health England.

Statement from Wales Lacrosse regarding Home Internationals

After consultation with the representatives of England Lacrosse and Lacrosse Scotland, we have taken the decision to cancel this years Home Internationals.

This decision has not been taken lightly and a significant amount of hard work and financial commitment has been made by all. But as the situation appears to worsen daily we cannot guarantee the safety of our players and spectators.

We appreciate the disappointment that this will cause, but feel it is in the best interest of all.

We would like to put on record our thanks to all those that have worked so hard to try and make this event happen.
