Nuñez announced a 25% discount off registration fees for each team a country brings to the festival.

“If a country brings four teams to the festival, they can essentially participate in the tournament at no cost (100% discount).” He explained, “The idea is to support the Latino American countries that are not able to come because of a lack of funding. We want them to attend, so this will hopefully serve as an incentive.”
—José Luis Espinosa Nuñez, President FML
