World Lacrosse announced today that Darryl Seibel, Chief of Brand and Communications, has resigned effective August 27 to pursue other interests. Mr. Seibel served in his role with World Lacrosse since January of 2019. He worked with stakeholders to implement communication strategies to increase awareness and support for lacrosse globally, developed strategies to leverage traditional and emerging media platforms, and introduced several new brands for the organization. World Lacrosse appreciates his service to the organization and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
World Lacrosse is the international governing body for men’s and women’s lacrosse, representing 70 member-nations worldwide. WL is responsible for the governance of lacrosse and provides support for the overall development of the sport worldwide.
