Officials selected for Nissin Foods 2026 World Lacrosse Women’s Championship and 2026 World Lacrosse Women’s Championship Division II

World Lacrosse today announced the officials selected for the upcoming Nissin Foods 2026 World Lacrosse Women’s Championship in Tokyo, Japan and the 2026 World Lacrosse Women’s Championship Division II in Wroclaw, Poland, with both events set to begin in July.

The World Lacrosse Officiating Committee helped to select two crews each of 20 officials, which in total represent 10 nations and three Continental Federations. The crews were selected in consultation with National Governing Bodies and Continental Federations based on the officials’ ratings and past performance. The crews will consist of experienced veteran officials, and a group of highly skilled officials will debut at the Women’s Championship Division II Championship.

Each crew of officials will be supported through both events by teams of technical delegates s who will mentor, evaluate and assess performance. Leading up to the events, the individuals will continue to officiate in their home countries, attend online workshops, undergo fitness testing and take rules exams ensuring they are best prepared for the championship events.

The inaugural Women’s Championship Division II will be held from July 11-18 with 12 teams in attendance. The 12th edition of the Women’s Championship, contested for the first time with a field of 16 teams that all earned qualification through continental championships, will be held from July 24 to August 2.
