World Lacrosse Announces Most Comprehensive Digital Distribution and Broadcast Plan Ever for Indoor World Championship

Every Game Will Be Available Live and Free Of Charge To Fans Worldwide Through a Combination of LSN, ELEVEN SPORTS and Olympic Channel

LANGLEY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA — World Lacrosse announced today the most comprehensive digital distribution and broadcast plan ever for the World Lacrosse Indoor World Championship, which begins Thursday at the Langley Events Centre as 20 teams battle to claim The Cockerton Cup, emblematic of excellence in international, indoor lacrosse.
All 72 games from the 2019 World Lacrosse Indoor World Championship will be made available live and free of charge by Lax Sports Network (LSN).  Lax Sports Network can be found on the web and via mobile devices at laxsn.com or laxsportsnetwork.com.  LSN is also available as a downloadable app on the following over-the-top (OTT) devices:  Roku, Chromecast, Amazon Fire, AppleTV and Xbox One.
Games will stream live on the LSN homepage and through the “live games” tray on the homepage. Highlights of featured games will be available nightly on “Lacrosse Now”, the only full-length nightly video program devoted to the best in lacrosse news coverage.  It can be seen seven days a week on LSN at 9:00 p.m. Eastern Time / 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
In addition, ELEVEN SPORTS will carry 24 games live on linear television, including the bronze and gold medal games on September 28.  ELEVEN SPORTS is an award-winning global sports provider delivering world-class international and domestic sports and lifestyle entertainment built for fans.  ELEVEN SPORTS is distributed in 22 million homes through cable and satellite, along with Fubo and Sony Vue. The network is also available in 60 million households with partnerships including:  Xumo, Twitch, Pluto, Samsung Europe, DistroTV, Zingo and Vizio.
ELEVEN is available on popular satellite services such as Direct TV (channel 623) and cable services such as Verizon FIOS (channel 597) and Atlantic Broadband (channel 501). ELEVEN NEXT, the network’s streaming platform, will mirror the linear television offering with live and tape-delayed coverage.
Finally, the Olympic Channel will live-stream the bronze and gold medal games beginning at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 1:00 a.m. UK Time (September 29) and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 4:00 a.m. UK Time (September 29), respectively.
