Fourteen teams conclude their campaigns at the 2025 World Lacrosse Men’s U20 Championship in placement play on Saturday in seven games of action on Jeju Island in Korea.
Fifth through 17th place will be determined throughout the day, beginning with Hong Kong, China vs. Chinese Taipei at 9 a.m., with games at 12 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
The placement day often offers some of the most competitive games of the tournament, with Saturday’s slate providing a handful of exciting matchups.

Live statistics will be available on worldlacrosse.sport, and streaming is available on WL TV with an event pass, currently priced at US$35.
The host Korea will try to end on a high note in front of home support against Israel at noon for its third win, and stop Israel’s three game winning streak.
Jamaica and England reprise their pool play battle for a top-ten showdown, in what should be a hard-fought contest after a 14-11 win for England earlier in the tournament.
Germany and Netherlands are two familiar foes from Europe that both advanced to the play-in round in Korea.
Puerto Rico and Japan will play a blockbuster fifth place game. Rico took eighth in its debut in 2022 and has now guaranteed an improved final ranking with a chance to knock off the defending fifth place finisher. Saturday’s game will be deserving coda to the campaigns of the two most impressive teams outside of Pool A on Jeju Island.
Mexico and Ireland meet again for a top-ten battle in a rematch of placement play, a narrow 7-4 win for Ireland.
