Premier Lacrosse League and Athletes Unlimited announce Sixes competitions

Both the Premier Lacrosse League and Athletes Unlimited announced new Sixes competitions this week that will take place in the coming months.

Sixes is the new, fast-paced and exciting discipline of lacrosse that made its international debut at The World Games 2022 in July in Birmingham, Alabama with athletes from the top men’s and women’s programs competing.

“The fastest game on two feet is even faster in Sixes format. On a shorter field, the pace of play, athleticism, and skill will be on display like never before…It’s internationally adopted, high scoring, and action-packed.”
