The first-ever champion of the Men’s U20 Lacrosse European Championship, June 29 – July 6, was crowned in Prague, Czech Republic. In a close Championship game, England came away with the victory, 9-8, over Germany, becoming the Men’s U20 Lacrosse European Champions.
In the third-place game, host nation Czech Republic defeated Ireland, 4-2.
This year was the first-ever European Lacrosse Championship for U20 Men’s. The eight-day tournament, hosted by Czech Lacrosse Union, featured teams from eight European nations.
