No. 2 Canada coasted into the semifinals with a 20-1 win over No. 10 Jamaica on day eight at the 2023 World Lacrosse Men’s Championship.
Canada returns to the semifinal round of the men’s championship, guaranteeing a top-four finish in each of Canada’s 14 appearances in the competition.

Canada will square off against the Haudenosaunee in the first semifinal tomorrow at Snapdragon Stadium at 5 p.m. PT. The two teams played out an epic one-goal thriller in Pool A play.
Four different players had three or more goals for Canada in a clinical offensive showing, led by Ryan Lee with four goals. Connor Field posted two goals and three assists and Josh Byrne had a goal and four assists.
Canada was dominant in all phases, including a 19-2 advantage in face-offs.
