Chinese Taipei’s men have secured the final qualification spot for the 2027 World Lacrosse Sixes Championships in Colorado Springs, edging Hong Kong, China 20-18 in a tense fifth-place play-off to open the last day of the 2026 Asia-Pacific Sixes Lacrosse Championships.
New Zealand’s women booked the remaining women’s ticket to Colorado Springs, outlasting Chinese Taipei 13-11 to finish fifth.
Korea’s women claimed bronze with a 16-11 win over the Philippines.
The Philippines men are now taking on China in the men’s bronze medal game.
