Australia, the defending bronze medalist, powered past Ireland while Japan upended a top-four finisher from the last edition of the The World Games in Great Britain to guarantee a best-ever finish for its senior women’s program.
The United States will face Japan at 1 p.m. CST (UTC+8) in the first semifinal while Canada will take on Australia at 2:30 p.m.
