2025 Pan-American Women’s Lacrosse Championship concludes after five days

The 2025 Pan-American Women’s Lacrosse Championship concluded after five days in Auburndale, Florida, with five teams qualifying for the 2026 World Lacrosse Women’s Championship and the United States taking the inaugural gold medal.

The United States defeated Canada, 21-11, to take the title, while the Haudenosaunee narrowly defeated Puerto Rico, 12-10, in a tense bronze medal match. All four teams qualified for the 2026 Women’s Championship by advancing to the semifinals.

Argentina held off Mexico in the fifth place game for the final qualifying spot in the 2026 WLWC, and Jamaica defeated Peru in the seventh place game.

Full statistics from the event can be found here. Sam Geiersbach of Argentina led all attackers with 21 points while the United States’ Emma LoPinto had 20. Aurora Cordingley led Canada with 17 points, Elena Torres also scored 17 for Mexico, and Avery Doran matched that tally for the Haudenosaunee.
