To support our National Governing Bodies and Continental Federations in the continued development of the sport globally, World Lacrosse has created a “Membership Toolkit” to provide members the latest in resources and reference materials to support continued efforts to grow the game globally. The Membership Toolkit is being made available to World Lacrosse member-National Governing Bodies and Continental Federations beginning today. Additional materials will be added to the toolkit in the coming months.
The World Lacrosse Membership Tool Kit is accessible through a password-protected portal on the World Lacrosse web site, at www.worldlacrosse.sport.
These “digital assets” will provide instruction and development resources for the following areas:
Governance of Lacrosse: Strategic planning, NGB development model, best practices in sport and organizational sustainability. Available: December 4, 2019
Athlete, Coaching and Officiating Development: Athlete high performance programs, coaches’ education and certification programs, as well as officials’ development curriculum and guides. Available: December 4, 2019 (with additional items in January and February)
Marketing and Communications: World Lacrosse brand style guide and logos, digital ads, social media strategy and NGB logo support. Available: December 4, 2019 (with additional items January and February)
Revenue Generation: Strategic planning, asset analysis, fundraising, and digital and broadcast planning. Available: February 17.
World Lacrosse’s goal is to continue to support and provide the best resources available to our National Governing Bodies and Continental Federations as we work together in expanding opportunities for the continued growth of lacrosse around the globe. This toolkit is another step forward to reach our goal for the sport.
