The 2024 World Lacrosse Box Championships are set for another 16 games on day three with 12 games in the men’s box championship and four games in the women’s box championship.
Each team has now made its debut at the championships and teams are jostling for pool seeding. In the men’s box championship, the four best pool winners from Pools B – G advance directly to the playoffs while the remaining two pool winners and the six second place teams from those pools will compete in the play-in round.
Highlights on the slate should be Italy vs. Netherlands, Scotland vs. Jamaica and Hong Kong, China vs. Mexico.
In the women’s box championship, Australia looks for its first win against an Ireland team coming off its own first win. The last game of the day should be a fun clash between England and the Haudenosaunee.
The matchups in men’s box between Canada and the Haudenosaunee and between England and the United States will be broadcast on ESPN and TSN platforms. The other 14 games will be streamed on WL TV.
