Strong Viewership Totals For Early Games at 2019 World Lacrosse Women’s U19 World Championship

Peterborough, Ontario, Canada — More than 82,000 viewers have enjoyed live coverage of the pool play portion of the 2019 World Lacrosse Women’s U19 World Championship.
The 2019 World Lacrosse Women’s U19 World Championship is being played at Trent University and Fleming College in Peterborough Ontario Canada.  The event began August 1 and concludes with the bronze and gold medal games August 10.
Thus far, the top five games, in terms of viewership, are:
USA – Canada (Aug. 4)

For the first time ever, every game from the World Lacrosse Women’s U19 World Championship is being made available, free of charge, to fans around the world via digital streaming.  Lax Sports Network (LSN) is streaming all 81games live.  Lax Sports Network can be found on the web and via mobile devices at laxsn.com or laxsportsnetwork.com. LSN is also available as a downloadable app on the following over-the-top (OTT) devices: Roku, Chromecast, Amazon Fire, AppleTV and Xbox One. 
In addition, the Olympic Channel will live stream the semifinals, placement games through 12th place, and bronze and gold medal games.  Offering year-round coverage of Olympic sports and elite athletes in their quest for success, the Olympic Channel over-the-top (OTT) service is available worldwide and subscription-free at olympicchannel.com, its mobile apps and on connected TV devices. 
World Lacrosse is partnering with Northeast Sports Network to provide broadcast production services for all games.
